Niche blogging is about starting a blog on a very specific topic. Unlike celebrity blogging where the bloggers talk about everything they fancy, or corporate blogs, where it’s more serious stuff, niche blogging can be about any topic.
It’s easy to get started on niche blogging since there is no specialized knowledge required. Therefore, you can start a blog about any topic. Not only that, it’s also scalable to a certain extent since you can outsource this writing process, thereby leveraging your time.
The cost and time for starting one is very low, and anyone can just get started.
However, when you’re starting out initially, you’d need to get your hands dirty and do it yourself first to get a first hand feel on how things are done before you can outsource. It’s important to know how the whole process work.
Since the entry point of this type of blog is too easy, people do not take this very seriously, and they give up too soon before being able to reap the benefits of their hard work (if they ever put in any at all!)
But once you have found a winning formula, it’s very easy from then on. Just rinse and repeat the process over multiple blogs and voila you’d have built yourself a network of blogs, each making you some decent income.
The good thing is, you can expand your blogs by treating it as a business through outsourcing and hiring people that you can leverage on.
Imagine if on average each of the blogs can bring you $3 a day. What if you have 100 blogs? That would be $300 a day! Go figure your monthly income then…
